Bub – Privacy Policy

Last updated: 30 October 2025

1. Introduction

Welcome to Bub (the “App”). This App is published by Daniel Riera (“we”, “us”, “our”). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting any data you share with us or which is collected through your use of the App.

2. Data We Collect

The App does not require Internet connection to function. We do not collect personal identifiers such as your name, email address, login credentials, user account, or any other information that directly identifies you.

However, we use Google Analytics for Firebase (or “Google Analytics”) solely to collect anonymous usage statistics (for example: number of sessions, device type, OS version, level progress, crash reports) to understand how the App is used and to help improve it. These analytics data are aggregated and are not associated with your identity.

We do not collect user-submitted scores or user profiles that identify you.

3. Why We Collect Data

We collect anonymous usage statistics purely for:

Understanding how many people use the App, how they use its features

Monitoring and diagnosing technical issues (crashes, errors)

Improving, updating and optimising the App experience
Because the data collected is fully anonymous (no personal identifiers), it poses minimal privacy risk.

4. Data Sharing and Third-Parties

We do not sell, trade or otherwise transfer any personal information (because we do not collect it).

As for analytics: Google Analytics is a third-party service and processes the anonymised data on our behalf. We have no reason to share any other data with third-parties.

No advertising SDKs or behavioural tracking for marketing purposes are included.

5. Data Retention

The anonymous analytics data is retained for 12 months before being deleted or fully anonymised.

Because no personal identifiers are collected, you cannot request deletion of your specific “record” (as there is no such link to you personally).

6. Children’s Privacy

This App is suitable for all ages. Because we do not collect personal data or identifiers, parental consent is not required for children under age 13 (or lower depending on your jurisdiction).

If you believe we may have inadvertently collected any personal information about a child, please contact us (see section 8) and we will investigate and delete it, if applicable.

7. Your Rights

Since we do not collect personal identifiers, the standard rights (access, correction, deletion of personal data) do not apply in the usual way. Nevertheless:

You may stop using the App at any time.

If you would like details about our data-collection practices or make a request, see section 8.

8. Contact Information

If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy or our data practices, please contact:

We will endeavour to respond in a timely manner.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will indicate the “Last updated” date at the top. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of the App after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised policy.
